Construction Crew Member

Swimming Pool Services, Inc. needs you to help fulfill our vision of making it easy for customers to have a private paradise in their backyard.  We are looking for a special person who loves to work outdoors, is excited about transforming yards, and has well-developed communication skills.

Your role will be to work closely with the inground and renovation departments to craft an astonishing work of art.  Your daily tasks will include troweling, wheeling vermiculite/concrete and bolting steel walls together.  This position is a general labor position.  You will be assisting in the building and renovating of inground swimming pools all year-round.  Loading trucks with all necessary materials will be a daily task so the ability to do heavy lifting is essential.  A valid driver’s license and possession of a clean driving record is a must.

You are a team player who works efficiently in a fast-pace environment.  You possess good knowledge of tools and mechanics, and enforce and follow safety management guidelines.

You are confident the skills you bring to this company will make you a valuable asset.

Truck Driver/Crew Member

Your role will be to work closely with the Outdoor Rooms, Service, Inground and Renovation departments to craft an astonishing work of art. Your tasks will consist of operating quad-axel, tri-axel and dump trucks as well as assisting in the building and renovating of inground swimming pools. Your daily tasks will include troweling, wheeling vermiculite/concrete and bolting steel walls together. Loading trucks with all necessary materials will be a daily task so the ability to do heavy lifting is essential.

You are a team player who works efficiently in a fast-pace environment. You possess good knowledge of tools and mechanics, and enforce and follow safety management guidelines.

Possession of a clean driving record is a must and a commercial driver’s license (CDL) is required. You are confident the skills you bring to this company will make you a valuable asset.

This is a full-time position with a complete benefits package. Our office is located on the outskirts of Waukesha, WI.

Service Technician

Your role will be to work closely with the service department to diagnose and repair problems with pumps, filters, heaters, plumbing and electrical systems.  Your tasks will consist of communicating with customers, providing repair estimates, completing paperwork, ordering parts and opening & closing pools.
