I just wanted to say thank you so incredibly much for the consideration and cooperation Swimming Pool Sales and Services has shown over these last several months.  I came in to purchase a replacement cover for my Caldera Spa and in discussing with you which cover to purchase you had stated the only difference between the after market cover and the Caldera cover was the insulation property.  I am here to tell you, hands down don't even bother with the after market cover.  Unfortunately I did not know this until after I purchased the after market cover, Big, BIg, BIG MISTAKE.  The after market cover compared to the Caldera cover I previously owned was of substantially lesser quality however the price of the cover did not reflect the substantial step down in quality. Fortunately Swimming Pool Sales and Services stood next to their customer, me, because the after market company was not willing to.  After nearly four months of dedication and the hard work of the individuals, including the owner, of Swimming Pool Sales and Services I have a Caldera cover and the unacceptable after market cover has been placed to rest hopefully along side of a null and void business relationship between its manufacturer and Swimming Pool Sales and Services.  

 

In closing, THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for your commitment to my satisfaction as your customer. Future consumers beware, purchase the Caldera cover and know you will be satisfied.  Thank you again Swimming Pool Sales and Services, not only have you retained my business for future services but I will not hesitate to tell others how you remained committed to satisfactorily solving my challenge.
